Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and included items
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of installation/handling
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
• Custom-built PCs once assembly/configuration has started (unless defective)
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@smarttechlhr.com or +92 333 4184568 within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
